§ 5-307 Application of the distribution process.

A. None of the deadlines or requirements contained with the distribution process may be waived.
B. Failure of a member to comply with any deadline or requirement of the distribution process will cause the member to not be entitled to a per capita distribution. The Tribe shall not be responsible for any member’s noncompliance with this chapter or the distribution process contained herein. (Res. 2014-38; Res. 2013-15)
