A. Elected officials and tribal officials shall not vote on any motion or resolution that directly involves an immediate family member, as defined in Section 6-104, or any other individual with which the member has a significant personal relationship.

B. Elected officials and tribal officials may not take any official action or participate in decisions in which he or she, a member of his or her immediate family, or an organization with which any of them has a substantial financial interest, are associated.

C. Elected officials and tribal officials shall not participate in decision-making on an issue if their action or inaction is reasonably questionable, including, but not limited to, personal bias or knowledge that they or any member of their immediate family or anyone residing in their household has a financial interest that could be substantially affected.
