§ 1-503 Monthly elders' activity.
This section is included in your selections.
The following individuals may attend the monthly elders’ activity:
A. All elders.
B. The spouse or one other guest of each elder.
C. Any person who is under the care or supervision of an elder.
D. Any person caring for an elder.
E. Any person assisting in preparing or administering the monthly elders’ activity.
F. Any other person who has the permission of the Executive Director of the Department of Health, the Elders Committee, or the majority of the elders present at a monthly elders’ activity.
G. Under special circumstances, a specific monthly elders’ activity may be closed to all nonelders upon a decision of the majority of the Elders Committee. (Res. 2023-30; Res. 2021-40; Res. 2014-32)
