§ 4-302 Damage to private property.
This section is included in your selections.
No person shall intentionally, and without consent of the property owner or the Tribe:
A. Damage or destroy property of another;
B. Tamper with property of another and cause financial loss or substantial inconvenience to the property owner or a third person;
C. Possess any kind of marking substance with the intent to commit vandalism or graffiti;
D. Alter, deface or damage property of another, which may include a monument, structure or facility, place of worship or burial ground, or any other property of another; or
E. Aid, assist, command, or counsel another to commit any act in violation of this section. (Res. 2023-04; Res. 2022-47 (Exh. A); Res. 2020-92; Res. 2020-07)
