No person subject to tribal jurisdiction shall engage in conduct either in person, online or via social media that is directed at a specific person or people subject to the tribal jurisdiction that (1) intentionally misrepresents, deceives or fraudulently uses the name, image, or information of the Tribe, any business owned or operated by Tribe, any person or entity authorized by the Tribe to conduct business on tribal lands, or any other affiliation of the Tribe and (2) is not lawful and true and accurate.
