A. No person subject to tribal jurisdiction shall engage in conduct either in person, online or via social media that directly or indirectly discloses to a third party confidential information belonging to the Tribe, any business owned or operated by Tribe, any person or entity authorized by the Tribe to conduct business on tribal lands, or any other person or entity in lawful possession of confidential information; and

B. No person subject to tribal jurisdiction shall directly or indirectly utilize confidential information for any purpose, except as expressly contemplated by this chapter, or otherwise authorized in writing by the Tribe. (Res. 2022-47 (Exh. A))
