The casino management, the Executive Director of the Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission, the casino security, tribal peace officer or other law enforcement officer of the casino may report and investigate any person suspected of violating this chapter and seek enforcement as provided in Article VIII of this chapter including any and all emergency relief in Section 4-805 and the sanctions and remedies in Article IX of this chapter.
