The Tribal Court may issue a civil fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per violation, and must determine if the cited person is able to pay the fine in whole or in part at the time the sanction is ordered if the person appears in Tribal Court. The Court may enter a payment plan or other method of paying a fine issued under this chapter. The Tribe may file any judgment by the Tribal Court with another court of competent jurisdiction for purposes of collecting any debts owed to the Tribe. (Res. 2022-47 (Exh.
