The Tribal Council shall adopt, as a policy, a list of fine amounts corresponding to the violations within this chapter called a Fine Schedule Policy. This Fine Schedule Policy shall be reviewed and updated periodically. The Court shall generally follow the fine amounts set out in the Fine Schedule Policy unless the Court finds there is good cause to deviate from the Fine Schedule Policy. (Res. 2022-47 (Exh.
