If any person who is a tribal official, elected or appointed official, or member of any tribal board, commission, department, or agency or any personnel appointed or selected by the Chairperson is found by the Tribal Court to have violated this chapter, then that person shall be suspended from any such position or appointment for a period established by the Tribal Court not to exceed six (6) months.
