A. Tribal Peace Officers or attorneys acting on the Tribe’s behalf may request other relief from the Tribal Court under this section, including:

1. An order of suspension or exclusion, prohibiting any person(s) from attending or participating in tribal events and gatherings and all associated meetings or events.

2. An order of suspension or exclusion, prohibiting any person(s) from visiting or participating in casino business and gatherings and all associated meetings or events.

3. Any order of suspension or prohibition from Tribal Government buildings and property, tribal business, tribal events and gatherings, the casino and all associated meetings or events shall be limited in scope and time.

4. As an alternative to exclusion, the Tribal Court may make any other such order as may be deemed fair and just.

5. Suspension of any and all tribal benefits.

6. Any other such order as may be deemed fair and just by the Tribal Court.

B. The Tribal Court may, on its own motion, order any sanction or remedy necessary to correct a violation of this chapter, to deter future violations of this chapter, or to address the underlying cause of the violation. (Res. 2022-47 (Exh. A); Res. 2020-92; Res. 2020-07. Formerly 4-804)
