§ 1-302 Functions.

If the Department of Housing is organized as a full administration, the Department of Housing shall:
A. Provide maintenance and/or upkeep on tribal housing, buildings, and/or property.
B. Make resources available to increase and maintain home ownership among tribal members.
C. Administer the Tribe’s rental housing program, if applicable.
D. Provide for effective communication and dissemination of information to tribal members. (Res. 2023-57; Res. 2013-8. Formerly 1-202)
