A. If the Department of Housing is organized as a full administration, the Department of Housing shall consist of an Executive Director and such divisions, branches, and offices necessary for the execution of its mission, performance of its mandated functions, and to achieve its annual goals and objectives.

B. If the Department of Housing is organized as a full administration, the Department of Housing may employ staff professionals, support personnel, and/or contract with service professionals as the Executive Director shall determine, subject to the Tribe’s laws and the Tribe’s approved budget.

C. If the Department of Housing is organized as a full administration, the Department of Housing shall maintain a current organizational chart that shall accompany the Chairperson’s annual budget submission and any requested budget modifications. (Res. 2023-57; Res. 2013-8. Formerly 1-301)
