A. If the Department of Housing is organized as a limited administration, the Department of Housing shall only employ a limited number of staff professionals and/or support personnel, and/or contract with a limited number of service professionals, correlating to the amount of duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the Department of Housing that are not within the scope of, or will not be in the scope of, a consortium, organization, association, or other entity or body that meets the requirements of Section 1-202(B)(1).

B. If the Department of Housing is organized as a limited administration, the Department of Housing may be as limited as only consisting of the responsibilities of the Chief Administrative Officer in accordance with Section 1-402, without any other staff professionals, support personnel, and/or service professionals.

C. If the Department of Housing is organized as a limited administration and the Department of Housing employs staff professionals, support personnel, and/or contracts with service professionals, the Department of Housing shall maintain a current organizational chart that shall accompany the Chairperson’s annual budget submission and any requested budget modifications.
