This Elected Officials Employment Act is the official employment law of Wilton Rancheria as it pertains to duly elected officials, specifically the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and all members of the Tribal Council. It complements the Tribe’s previously codified policies, rules, and regulations as they pertain to the employment and compensation of elected officials. (Res. 2023-54; Res. 2020-78)
