§ 4-105 Responsibilities.

A. The Chairperson has the authority and duty to execute, administer, and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
B. The Vice-Chairperson has the authority and duty, as delegated by the Chairperson, to execute, administer, and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
C. The Tribal Council has the authority and duty to uphold and amend, as needed, provisions of this chapter. (Res. 2023-54; Res. 2020-78)
