§ 1-205 Duties of judges.

Judges shall have the duty and power to conduct Court proceedings, and issue all orders and papers incident thereto, in order to administer justice in all matters within the jurisdiction of the Wilton Rancheria Courts. In doing so judges shall:
A. Hold Court regularly at a designated time and place.
B. Have the power to conduct hearings and otherwise undertake all duties and exercise all authority of a judicial officer under the law.
C. Hear and decide all cases properly brought before the Court.
D. Enter all appropriate orders and judgments.
E. Issue all appropriate warrants and subpoenas. (Res. 2021-43; Res. 2020-76; Res. 2019-08)
