Petitions requesting the Tribal Court to issue a declaratory judgment on a constitutional question may only be filed by either the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson or the Tribal Council or may be filed jointly by both the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson and the Tribal Council. (Res. 2020-71)
