A. Acts and/or statutes shall be the formal tribal laws passed by the Tribal Council in development of the Tribe’s permanent body of law.

B. All acts, statutes, and amendments to the same should be addressed through the Tribe’s legislation process unless the Tribal Council deems that passage of the specific proposed act or amendment must occur immediately to address a situation that adversely affects the health, safety, welfare, or economic well-being of the Tribe or an individual tribal member.
