§ 4-304 Official ballots.
A. The Election Commission shall approve all official ballots.
B. General Election, Runoff Election and Special Elections.
1. The official ballot shall list the names of the candidates for each office alphabetically by last name.
2. Write-in candidates shall not be allowed on any general, runoff, or special election ballot.
C. Amendment Election.
1. The official ballot for an amendment election shall include the proposed constitutional amendment.
2. A copy of the ballot shall be included with the amendment election notice.
D. The Election Commission shall create an official absentee ballot.
E. The Election Commission shall create an official accommodation ballot if requested to do so by a member of the Tribe prior to the applicable deadline.
