A. The Director of the Department of Social Services shall review all requests for a wellness check within one (1) business day of receipt of the request by the Department of Social Services.

B. Requests for Wellness Checks shall be approved if the Director of the Department of Social Services determines that it is likely that abuse of a protected individual is occurring or has occurred within the last fourteen (14) calendar days. (Res. 2023-59)
